Ingredients
- Boiled eggs6 pcs
- Raw egg1 pcs
- Breadcrumbs60 g
- Sour cream2 tbsp
- Fresh herbs20 g
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs, cool them, and chop or grate finely.

Add herbs, sour cream, some breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Mix in one raw egg so the mixture holds together.

Shape small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Fry over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
