Eggs with Tomatoes and Onions

  • Onion0.5 pcs
  • Oil1 tbsp

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and dice the tomato.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the tomato, stir, and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour the eggs over the vegetables, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes to your preferred doneness.

Season with salt and pepper. Add herbs when serving if desired.
