Aylazan

Ingredients
- Eggplant2 pcs
- Potatoes400 g
- Tomatoes300 g
- Bell pepper2 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Parsley20 g
- Salt1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
Instructions
Prepare Баклажан, Картопля, Помідори, Перець солодкий: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.
Add Баклажан, Картопля, Помідори, Перець солодкий and cook for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the aromatic base.
Pour in the liquid or tomato base if included, season with salt, and stir well.
Simmer gently until the main ingredients are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes, then serve with the traditional side or bread.
