Ingredients

  • White cabbage500 g
  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Rice250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Blanch cabbage leaves until flexible and trim thick ribs.

Mix mince with rice, fried onion, salt, and pepper.

Place filling on the leaves and roll into tight cabbage rolls.

In a pot, mix tomato sauce, broth, or sour cream with water.

Place the rolls in the sauce and simmer for 50-60 minutes.
