  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Cream200 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Make a thin pancake-like batter from flour, water, salt, and a little oil.

Mix cream, butter, or yogurt separately for brushing the layers.

Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and bake or brown the top.

Brush the layer with the creamy mixture and add another thin layer of batter.
