Ingredients
- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Eggs2 pcs
- Breadcrumbs70 g
- Parsley20 g
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Paprika1 tsp
- Dried oregano1 tsp
Instructions

Grate or very finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley.

In a bowl, combine the pork and beef mince, onion, garlic, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.

Knead the mixture for 3–4 minutes until it becomes firm and holds together well.

Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 10–15 minutes so the breadcrumbs absorb moisture.

Shape the mixture into small oval patties or short sausage-shaped koftes of equal size.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the koftes over medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked inside.

Serve hot with salad, yogurt sauce, flatbread, or a potato side dish.
