Greek Salad
A fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Ingredients
- Tomato3 pcs
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Red onion0.5 pcs
- Feta cheese100 g
- Black olives80 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Oregano0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Dried oregano1 tsp
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes and cucumber into large cubes or wedges.
Slice the bell pepper into strips and the onion into thin rings.
Cut the feta into cubes or break it into large pieces.
Leave the olives whole or cut them in half.
Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, season with salt, and serve immediately.
