Ingredients

  • White fish500 g
  • Pasta300 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta and wheat flour in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop aromatics and warm in a pan.
