- Raspberry jam150 g
- Ground almonds150 g
- Butter150 g
- Sugar150 g

- Flaked almonds30 g

Line a tart tin with pastry and blind-bake for 12 minutes.

Spread jam over the base.

Beat butter with sugar, then add eggs and ground almonds.

Spread frangipane over the jam.
