Milk Millet Porridge

Classic soft millet porridge cooked with milk and butter.

Ingredients

  • Millet200 g
  • Water250 ml
  • Milk600 ml
  • Sugar1.5 tbsp
  • Butter30 g
  • Salt0.25 tsp

Instructions

Rinse the millet thoroughly and pour boiling water over it.

Cover the millet with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 8 minutes.

Add milk, salt, and sugar.

Simmer for 15-18 minutes, stirring often.

When the porridge thickens, stir in the butter.

Let it rest covered for 5-10 minutes and serve.
