  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Mix the minced beef with egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes so the breadcrumbs absorb moisture.
