Ingredients

  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Thin pastry500 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Butter30 g
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Cook the mince with onion, salt, pepper, and paprika until done, then cool.

Make soft dough from flour, water, oil, and salt, or use thin pastry sheets.

Roll the dough thinly and spread the meat filling.

Roll up or layer in a baking dish.

Brush the top with oil or butter.
