Ingredients
- Pie dough500 g
- Ground pork500 g
- Ground beef300 g
- Potatoes300 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Cinnamon0.25 tsp
- Cloves0.25 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Nutmeg0.25 tsp
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Broth500 ml
Instructions
Make pastry or use ready shortcrust pastry and chill it before shaping.
Brown the mince with onion, breaking up any lumps.
Add potato or breadcrumbs, broth, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Simmer the filling for 10-15 minutes until moist but not runny, then cool it.
Fill the pie shell, cover with a second pastry layer, and seal the edges.
Brush with egg and bake at 190°C for 35-45 minutes until golden.
