Bulgur with Vegetable Gravy

Ingredients

  • Bulgur220 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Bell pepper1 pcs
  • Zucchini1 pcs
  • Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Rinse the bulgur and toast it for 1 minute in a spoon of oil.

Add hot water in a 1:2 ratio, season with salt, and cook for 12-15 minutes.

Dice the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini.

Saute the vegetables for 6-7 minutes, then add tomato paste.

Add a little water, season, and simmer for 5 minutes.
