Pea and Ham Soup

Ingredients

  • Green peas500 g
  • Ham or ham hock300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Broth1200 ml
  • Mint5 g
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Fry onion and carrot until soft.

Add ham, peas, and broth.

Simmer for 25–30 minutes until the peas are tender.

Remove the ham and blend part of the soup.
