Pad See Ew

A popular thai home-style dish with wide rice noodles, chicken or beef, chinese broccoli or broccoli, well suited for a family weekly menu.

Ingredients

  • Wide rice noodles350 g
  • Chicken or beef400 g
  • Chinese broccoli or broccoli300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook wide rice noodles in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop aromatics and warm in a pan.

Add chicken or beef and eggs and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and chinese broccoli or broccoli and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.

Serve immediately while hot.
