- Potatoes900 g
- Flour180 g
- Beer or sparkling water250 ml
- Oil for frying800 ml
- Lemon1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Baking powder1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
Instructions

Cut the potatoes into fries, rinse off excess starch, and dry well.

Pat the fish fillets dry, season with salt, and dust lightly with flour.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cold sparkling water or beer into a thick batter.

Dip the fish in the batter and fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.

Fry the potatoes separately until soft inside and crisp outside.
