Bangers and Mash

Ingredients

  • Sausages8 pcs
  • Potatoes900 g
  • Milk120 ml
  • Butter60 g
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Broth300 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
  • Mustard1 tsp

Instructions

Peel, cut, and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Fry or bake the sausages until browned and fully cooked.

For onion gravy, cook the onions until golden, add flour, and stir well.

Pour in broth, add mustard or Worcestershire sauce if desired, and simmer until thickened.

Mash the potatoes with warm milk and butter.
