Ingredients

  • Pearl barley250 g
  • Beef500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Soak the pearl barley for several hours, then cook until tender.

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Brown the meat, then add onion and carrot.

Add tomato paste and flour and stir well.

Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 50-60 minutes until the beef is tender.
