Wheat Porridge with Chicken Tomato Gravy
Wheat groats served with a chicken, tomato, and vegetable gravy.
Ingredients
- Wheat groats250 g
- Chicken breast400 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Bell pepper1 pcs
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Water500 ml
Instructions
Rinse the wheat groats and cook them in salted water until soft.
Dice the chicken, onion, and bell pepper.
Fry the chicken for 5 minutes, then add onion and pepper.
Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in water, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 12 minutes.
Serve the wheat porridge with thick chicken tomato gravy.
