Ingredients

  • Millet200 g
  • Water500 ml
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour3 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs50 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Fresh herbs10 g
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook a thick millet porridge and let it cool completely.

Add egg, flour, salt, and mix well.

Shape small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil on both sides until golden.
