Ingredients

  • Rye bread200 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Hard cheese150 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cut the rye bread into sticks or thick slices.

Mince or crush the garlic with a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry the bread until crisp on all sides.
