- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Parsley20 g

- Tomato paste2 tbsp

Core the peppers while keeping their shape.

Mix mince with rice, onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and a little paprika.

Fill the peppers without packing too tightly.

Place them in a dish and add tomato sauce or water mixed with tomato paste.
