- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Broth or water800 ml
- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Parsley20 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Mix the mince with egg, parsley, salt, and pepper; shape small meatballs.

Finely chop the onion and carrot.

Saute the onion and carrot in a pot for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, and broth or water.

Simmer for 10 minutes, then add the meatballs and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
