- Beef and lamb mince800 g
- Garlic cloves4 cloves
- Paprika1 tsp
- Pita or flatbread4 pcs
- Onions2 pcs
- Ajvar150 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Chop garlic cloves and onions and prepare beef and lamb mince.

Mix with paprika, pita or flatbread and ajvar, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
