  • Buckwheat flour120 g
  • Wheat flour80 g
  • Milk400 ml
  • Egg2 pcs
  • Button mushrooms300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Cream150 ml
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Mix buckwheat and wheat flour with eggs, milk, salt, and a little oil.

Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Fry thin crepes in a hot pan.
