- Potatoes600 g
- Beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Milk300 ml
- Butter40 g
- Wheat flour400 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Drain, add milk and butter, and mash until smooth.

Finely chop the onion and fry until soft.

Add the minced beef and cook, breaking it up, until done.
