  • Potatoes900 g
  • Chicken liver500 g
  • Onion2 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Sour cream120 g
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Milk150 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes with milk and butter.

Rinse, dry, and cut the chicken liver into pieces.

Slice the onions and grate the carrot.

Fry the vegetables, add the liver, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add flour, sour cream, water, salt, and pepper; simmer for 7-8 minutes.
