- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Cooked rice100 g
- Egg1 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Tomato paste3 tbsp
- Flour1 tbsp
- Milk150 ml
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Sugar1 tsp
Instructions

Boil the potatoes and mash them with milk and butter.

Mix the mince with cooked rice, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.

Shape small meatballs.

Mix tomato paste with water, flour, and a pinch of sugar.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and simmer covered for 25 minutes.

Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy.
