- Whole chicken1200 g
- Jasmine rice300 g
- Fresh ginger2 tsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Soy ginger sauce120 ml
- Cucumber1 pcs

- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
Instructions
Rinse the rice; prepare the meat, vegetables, or spices separately.
In a wide pot, cook the aromatic base and the main protein or vegetables.
Add the rice and spices, mixing or layering them according to the dish style.
Pour in hot water, broth, or coconut milk so the rice can steam evenly.
Cook covered until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Rest for 10 minutes, fluff the rice, and serve hot.
