  • Cornmeal220 g
  • Water800 ml
  • Bryndza cheese150 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt0.5 tsp

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil and season with salt.

Gradually pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly.

Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until thick.

Add butter and part of the bryndza.

Stir, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot, sprinkled with the remaining bryndza.
