Couscous with Chicken and Vegetable Gravy

Ingredients

  • Couscous220 g
  • Chicken breast350 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Bell pepper1 pcs
  • Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Pour boiling water over the couscous, season with salt, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut the chicken into strips and dice the vegetables.

Brown the chicken for 5 minutes.

Add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, a little water, salt, and spices; simmer for 7 minutes.
