Tabbouleh
A bright herb salad with bulgur, tomato, lemon, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- Bulgur100 g
- Parsley100 g
- Fresh mint20 g
- Tomatoes2 pcs
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Shallot2 pcs
- Lemon1 pcs
- Olive oil4 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cover the bulgur with warm water at a 1:1 ratio, cover, let stand for 15 minutes, then cool.
Finely chop the parsley and mint; the herbs should be more prominent than the bulgur.
Dice the tomatoes and cucumber very finely.
Finely chop the shallots.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, then let the salad rest for 10 minutes.
