  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cornstarch1 tsp

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and onion finely.

Lightly squeeze out excess liquid while keeping some starch.

Add egg, flour, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan.

Spoon the mixture into the pan and fry pancakes for 3-4 minutes per side.
