- White beans300 g
- Pickles3 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Oil2 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
Instructions

Boil or roast the beets until tender, then cool and peel.

Grate the beets or cut them into small cubes.
