Ingredients

  • Pearl barley240 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Bell pepper1 pcs
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Rinse, soak, and cook the pearl barley until tender.

Dice the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.

Fry onion and carrot for 5 minutes, then add the pepper.

Add tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Simmer the gravy for 10-12 minutes until thick.
