Wheat Porridge with Mushroom Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredients

  • Wheat groats250 g
  • Button mushrooms300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Fresh herbs10 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Cook the wheat groats in salted water until soft.

Slice the mushrooms and dice the onion.

Fry the onion in oil for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Stir in sour cream, a splash of water, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
