Ingredients

  • Rice220 g
  • Button mushrooms300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Fresh herbs10 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth or water400 ml

Instructions

Rinse the rice and cook it in salted water until tender.

Slice the mushrooms and dice the onion.

Fry the onion in oil until translucent.

Add mushrooms and cook for 8 minutes until browned.

Stir in flour, add water or vegetable broth, season, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
