Ingredients

  • Barley groats240 g
  • Water650 ml
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter35 g
  • Oil1 tbsp
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

Rinse the barley groats in a sieve.

Bring water to a boil, season with salt, and add the groats.

Simmer for 18-22 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Dice the onion and fry in oil until golden.

Stir butter and onion into the cooked porridge.
