Aloo Gobi

Ingredients

  • Potatoes500 g
  • Cauliflower500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Tomatoes2 pcs
  • Garlic cloves2 cloves
  • Ginger1 tsp
  • Turmeric0.5 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Garam masala1 tsp

Instructions

Dice the potatoes and cut the cauliflower into florets.

Fry cumin in oil for 20 seconds, add onion, and cook until soft.

Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the potatoes and a little water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.

Add cauliflower and salt and cook for another 12–15 minutes until tender.

Sprinkle with garam masala, stir, and serve with flatbread or rice.
