Ingredients

  • Beef heart or steak700 g
  • Aji paste2 tbsp
  • Vinegar3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves4 cloves
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Potatoes500 g

Instructions

Cut the main ingredient into portions, pat dry, and marinate with spices, oil, and acidity.

Let it marinate for at least 20–30 minutes, or longer for deeper flavor.

Heat a grill, grill pan, or oven to high temperature.
