Bibim Guksu
Korean cold spicy noodles with vegetables, egg, and gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
- Thin wheat noodles200 g
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Eggs2 pcs
- Gochujang2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
Instructions
Boil the noodles, rinse under cold water, and drain well.
Boil the eggs hard or soft, then cut in half.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
Toss the cold noodles with the sauce and cucumber.
Serve with egg, sesame seeds, and extra spring onion.
