Bibimbap
A Korean rice bowl topped with vegetables, protein, and a spicy sauce.
Ingredients
- Rice200 g
- Beef strips200 g
- Spinach150 g
- Carrot1 pcs
- Zucchini1 pcs
- Shiitake mushrooms100 g
- Egg2 pcs
- Gochujang sauce2 tbsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp
Instructions
Cut the beef into thin strips, marinate it in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar for 15 minutes, then fry it.
Blanch the spinach and season it with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Fry the carrot, zucchini, and mushrooms separately in oil.
Fry the egg until the white is set and the yolk is still semi-runny.
Divide the rice between bowls and arrange each topping separately in sections on top.
Top with the egg, sesame seeds, and a spoonful of gochujang. Mix in the bowl before eating.
