Ingredients

  • beef600 g
  • beef broth800 ml
  • butter40 g
  • wheat flour300 g
  • egg2 pcs
  • breadcrumbs80 g
  • mustard1 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop the ingredients and prepare beef, beef broth and eggs.

Mix with wheat flour, breadcrumbs and mustard, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
