- bell pepper1 pcs
- garlic3 cloves

- smoked paprika1 tsp
- dried oregano1 tsp
- canned crushed tomatoes400 g

Instructions
Dice the onion and bell pepper finely, and mince the garlic.
In a heavy-bottomed pot over high heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until crusty, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.
Add the onion and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened; stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika and dried oregano, and toast the spices for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the beef stock and canned crushed tomatoes, stir well and bring to a boil.
Add the beans, reduce the heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and adjust the heat with an extra pinch of chili powder to taste.
Serve hot with rice or corn chips, topped with sour cream and fresh chopped cilantro.
