
Iraqi Dolma

- beef mince400 g
- pomegranate sauce3 tbsp

Instructions
Prepare Виноградне листя, Капуста, Рис, Яловичий фарш: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.
Add Виноградне листя, Капуста, Рис, Яловичий фарш and cook for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the aromatic base.
Pour in the liquid or tomato base if included, season with salt, and stir well.
Simmer gently until the main ingredients are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes, then serve with the traditional side or bread.
