Ingredients

  • beef mince500 g
  • chickpeas250 g
  • tomato paste2 tbsp
  • onion1 pcs
  • ground cumin1 tsp
  • cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • salt1 tsp
  • black pepper0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Prepare Яловичий фарш, Нут, Томатна паста, Кмин мелений: cut the main ingredients, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat oil in a heavy pot; cook the onion until soft, then add garlic and the spices listed in the recipe.

Add Яловичий фарш, Нут, Томатна паста, Кмин мелений and cook for a few minutes so the ingredients absorb the aromatic base.

Pour in the liquid or tomato base if included, season with salt, and stir well.
