Ingredients

  • lamb or beef800 g
  • potato600 g
  • carrot3 pcs
  • onion3 pcs
  • cabbage400 g
  • bell pepper2 pcs
  • tomato4 pcs
  • garlic1 head
  • cumin1 tsp
  • oil3 tbsp

Instructions

Brown the meat pieces in a kazan.

Layer onion, carrots, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, and cabbage on top.

Add garlic, cumin, salt, and a few spoonfuls of water.

Cover very tightly and cook over low heat.

Stew for 1.5–2 hours without stirring the layers.

Serve by carefully taking meat and vegetables from all layers.
