Instructions

Knead a firm but elastic dough from flour, water, and salt; cover and rest for 20–30 minutes.

Make the filling with Борошно пшеничне, Яловичина або баранина, mixing it with onion, spices, and herbs from the recipe.

Roll the dough thinly and cut it into rounds or squares of the needed size.
