Guacamole
A fresh avocado dip with lime, onion, and herbs.
Ingredients
- Ripe avocado2 pcs
- Lime juice1 pcs
- Tomato1 pcs
- White onion0.5 pcs
- Fresh cilantro15 g
- Fresh chili0.5 pcs
Instructions
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash with a fork, leaving some small chunks for texture.
Add lime juice, finely chopped onion, cilantro, chili, and salt.
Dice the tomato, removing excess seeds and watery pulp, then add it to the avocado.
Mix well and adjust the acidity and heat to taste.
Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
