Ingredients

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Mash with a fork, leaving some small chunks for texture.

Add lime juice, finely chopped onion, cilantro, chili, and salt.

Dice the tomato, removing excess seeds and watery pulp, then add it to the avocado.

Mix well and adjust the acidity and heat to taste.
